The Adopt-a-Family program in Woonsocket has officially begun. Family Resources, Inc., the CAP agency that meets with prospective recipients to complete the necessary forms to apply began their intake recently. The AAF Committee which reviews those applications began meeting on October 5 and will continue weekly through the end of November.
Also on October 5 the mailing that includes the forms necessary to receive information about children they will 'adopt' was also mailed to prospective donors.
The matching of donors with recipients will begin shortly.
